Frequently asked questions

Does it store passwords or signatures?

No. It records how access was arranged and who authorised the work, but never stores credentials or a client signature.

Can I change the intake details later?

The original intake is fixed once registered, so it stays a faithful record. Later findings and corrections are added as new entries.

What do I give the client?

A return record listing the outcome, tests, work, parts, accessories returned and any limits, as a PDF or offline HTML file.
