Opening IT handovers…

About client IT handovers

Keep everything a client or the next technician needs in one place: scope, support contacts, equipment, a network snapshot, who owns each service and how to recover it, support instructions and annotated photos. Review what goes to the client, then issue a fixed handover pack as a PDF, offline HTML file or CSV register.

How to use it

  1. Create a client job and add systems and contacts
  2. Import a network diagram or inventory, and add photos
  3. Review the client preview and issue the pack

Frequently asked questions

What goes in an IT handover?

Equipment and serial numbers, the network layout and connections, internet and email service owners, admin and recovery routes (without passwords), support contacts, and instructions for common tasks.

Are internal notes included in the client pack?

No. Working notes stay in your editable backup and are left out of the preview, PDF, offline HTML and CSV.

Can I reuse a network diagram I already drew?

Yes. Import a project from the network diagram builder. The handover keeps its own snapshot, so later edits to the diagram don’t change an issued pack.
